Born in Tel Aviv, seventh generation Israeli. Married to Max with a son and a daughter. Lives in Clil since 1994. Managed the gallery of Ethiopian art - The Artists’ House at Hazerot Yoseph, until its closure. Now is opening the gallery again on her own property at Clil. The Ethiopian women traditionally made household vessels from clay, and Jewish ceremonial objects, this work being passed on from mother to daughter. Now they also make figurative clay works describing their (vanished) village life.
