Born in Fez, Morocco, 1950. Immigrated to Israel with his family 1957. Graduated from Bezalel Academy of Art, Jerusalem, in 1974, and from Empire   State College, New York, in 1982. He lives in Clil with his wife Susan and their 7 children, and creates art using recycled material. His home, which he built, is also part of his art and imagery.

Exhibitions - numerious one man shows, in Israel and abroad. 1989 awarded “Outstanding Young Israeli Artist” by the Israeli Culture Ministry in 1994 awarded “Visual Arts Award” by Israeli Culture Ministry. 2001 awarded “Art in Jewish Education Award” by Israeli Education Ministry.
